If your purchase did not unlock the Perception Report, or the EXPORT files (DOSSIER / STORY / BANNER) failed to download, contact [email protected] within 14 days. Include your session id (the URL of your result page).

This service is an entertainment artifact. It is not psychological, medical, or professional analysis. Refunds for "the result did not match my self-perception" or similar subjective claims are not granted.

Disputes: Japan jurisdiction (operator is a sole proprietor in Japan).
